1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application available on the Apple App Store under App Store ID 6804734802 (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

The App is a financial utility. It provides tools that may help you organise, review, or analyse financial information for personal informational purposes. The App may also include an optional AI analyser and may display promotional offers from independent banking partners.

ऐप एक वित्तीय उपयोगिता है। यह ऐसे उपकरण प्रदान करता है जो व्यक्तिगत सूचनात्मक उद्देश्यों के लिए वित्तीय जानकारी व्यवस्थित, समीक्षा या विश्लेषण करने में सहायता कर सकते हैं। ऐप में वैकल्पिक AI विश्लेषक भी शामिल हो सकता है तथा स्वतंत्र बैंकिंग भागीदारों के प्रचार प्रस्ताव प्रदर्शित किए जा सकते हैं।

The App is not a bank, non-banking financial company, payment system operator, investment adviser, or lender. We do not open accounts, grant credit, collect deposits, or execute transactions on your behalf.

Content, calculations, summaries, and AI-generated outputs in the App are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, or enter into any financial product. You should obtain independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

If you use the AI analyser feature, your inputs may be processed through the ChatGPT API provided by OpenAI to generate a response returned in the App. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain solely responsible for how you interpret and use any AI output. We do not collect or retain the content of your AI requests for our own databases; processing by OpenAI is subject to OpenAI’s terms and policies.

We do not control partner products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, underwriting, customer service, or contractual terms. Any relationship you form with a partner is solely between you and that partner.

• not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its related systems;
• not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content to the AI analyser or any other feature;
• verify independently any information before relying on it for financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App’s design, branding elements, text, graphics, software, and other materials (excluding third-party trademarks and partner content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Partner names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App, AI features, or partner offers, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
